StavePuzzleNuts.com

About three weeks ago , I sent Stave a small package containing pictures of the two puzzles I've completed along with a small letter/note and a little treat ( ;] ). In the note I asked if I could use my prize points to get a Stave Mug.
Did I do something wrong? It's been a few weeks now , and I have yet to receive the mug. I don't know how this would usually work because this is my first time doing it. It would be much appreciated if someone could help me ! :)

That's the right thing to do, I would recommend giving a call to see if they got the points. With computers they track it all electronically so if you call they should be able to send out the mug without much fuss either way.

Hi Noelle,

Whew! Thank goodness you contacted Stave about the Prize Points. I'm Paula from Stave and I actually have an admission to make. Since Steve & Martha were on vacation last week, I inherited the tedious job of opening the mail. It totally brightened the experience when I read your letter telling us how excited you were to have your first Stave puzzle for your birthday. And your description of how you tackled Pandamonium at Christmas was so vivid I could almost picture you hovered over the table.I read your letter aloud to anyone that was within earshot.

Your photos were correct and your mug is on the way with a little treat for you :-)

So, here's my admission - the "little" treat you mentioned in your first post. I ATE ALL THE M&M'S!!! They were the BEST Spek-takular M&M eggs I have ever had. Peanut Butter is usually my favorite, but i just couldn't leave these alone. And - NO - I didn't share!

Thank you for the Prize Points, Thank you for the M&M's, and Thank You for sharing your experience!

Paula
