Anybody with experience/feedback on Treasure Trove?

Hi Erik,
I've cut my share of Treasure Troves. Has anyone come to your rescue yet? What do you need? If I help you find the gold then I get a share in the treasure, right?! Let me know how I can help.

Jennifer:

Thanks for the response.

Actually, I haven't bought I was trying to get a mini-review from a puzzler about the experience beyond what's on the web page. E.g. sort of like what June did for Fan Flair and I did for Time Traveler.

Hi Erik, I can't give you feedback as a "puzzler", but I can tell you that this puzzle (and Palace of Pranks) have a little bit of everything. Some Traditional type puzzling, some tricks (more difficult in Palace), the Teasers include Twisters, Monkey Fists, Tumblers, and more. This puzzle was created to celebrate Stave's over thirty years of being in business - that's why there are so many elements incorporated. Plus it's fun and colorful! :-)

Erik,
I know there are people on this site who have the puzzle.

"Can you guys help a fellow puzzler out and tell him how much fun Treasuretrove is?!!"

If you don't get any response here I can contact someone directly and see if they would be willing to give you some feedback. Let me know if nobody come through.

I missed that blog post, thank for the pointer June. I think that's towards the top of my list then for a "next" puzzle. I'm looking over the limited editions as well...

I enjoyed Treasure Trove, Eric, but Something's Fishy was a lot of fun too. Actually, I think one of my favorite Teasures is Queen of the Sea, it's full of tumblers....open "holes" that have several pieces/fish in each hole. I highly recommend Fan Flair....more in a message to you!

Hi there Erik,

Personally i liked Palace of Pranks better than Treasure Trove as far as complexity but I thought they were both beautiful puzzles once completed. I like the fact Palace of Pranks came with black plexiglass puzzle pieces. If I were you I would go ahead and get both of them as they both took a lot of time to complete and are both quite complex with lots of different twists and challenges.

thanks Bryan, excellent salesmanship too, get both :-p
