What's your favorite puzzle and why?
For my father's birthday one year, I gave him a photo puzzle of his childhood home and personalized the puzzle even more with puzzle pieces of a boy playing soccer. Dad sat down to make his puzzle as soon as he had unwrapped the box.
Meet other Puzzle Nuts near you by telling us what town and state you're in.
I was born in Philadelphia. My parents, sister and I moved to Northern Virginia when I was three years old. I have lived in Reston, Sterling, Herndon, and now live in Hamilton, Virginia.

What got you into Stave Puzzles?
I love handmade things, and strongly believe in supporting our American artists and craftsmen.
About me: Interests, fave books and music etc
I love the Earth and I am a person of Faith. I grew up listening to a variety of music, but I love Classic Rock & Roll and the 80's Pop music. Reading books and writing have always been favorites of mine.

I am a two time brain tumor survivor. I am happy to share my story and strength with you. Don't blame God, yourself, or anyone else for a handicap or disability. I have lived with both my entire life and I am stronger person from what I have had to endure. Remember, there are no such things as problems, only solutions. You are never alone. God is always with you.

Saturday, April 26, The Seventh Annual Heroes of Hope Golf Tournament For Brain Tumor Research was a great success! The Brad Kaminsky Foundation For Brain Tumor Research is proud to host the annual fundraiser to promote awareness of brain tumors, and to raise much needed financial support for treatment research at Duke University. Supporters at the Heroes of Hope Banquet, were treated to a special primiere of the Heroes of Hope video. Heroes of Hope was filmed earlier this year and will later be put on the World Wide Web and DVD to encourage support for brain tumor research. Please watch the video and enjoy my small part in it. The Hereos of Hope benefit takes place the last Saturday of April in Lansdowne Resort, Lansdowne, Virginia. Check it out and join me in 2009. www.TBKF.org (: -)

Hi Jennifer, I have enjoyed reading your Puzzlenut page. I really enjoy hearing from our puzzlers. Such an interesting group! Your idea for an annual Charity puzzle project is a good one. We did something like that years ago with a puzzle called Find the Keys. I can't remember where the proceeds went but it was something sea based, coral reefs maybe? Anyway, I would like to share with you that Stave firmly believes in helping out organizations within our community and many of the national groups. This year we have already donated 11 puzzles to area charity groups for fundraising purposes. As you know, each and every one of those has to be hand cut, one piece at a time and when we're working on donation puzzles we can't be working on your order. So please give us plenty of lead time to get your puzzle crafted in time for your special occasion :) I also wanted to send you a huge Hurrah for your fabulous success in fighting the brain tumor. YOU GO GIRL! My dad is fighting the fight right now and we've made it a year. What a blessing. We met with other families last weekend and there were many who were going on 3 years! It was great to hear. I'd love to hear more from you at my regular email. jennifer@stave.com

Life is one big puzzle. Right now, I am finding puzzle pieces that have been lost for years. I joined Oprah's Book Club in early February and began reading "A New Earth" Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle. This is the first book I am reading by Eckhart Tolle.

The experiences I have lived in my life, allow me today to read with great interest “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle. I am up to Chapter 5 and the entire book thus far has been an AHA Moment. Partly because I enjoy reading, and express myself best in writing. Most of what I have read is not new to me, but still I am rediscovering myself all over again in the write words. I am relived that the Ego is not my True Identity. I am grateful to learn to live day to day in the Awakened state of Consciousness.
