Hi Carol
Ruth tells me that you are the foremost Stave historian so let me jog your memory banks. I recently obtained
Three Little Pigs- a limited edition from way back in 1990. The puzzle did not come with an instruction block.
Was 1990 before Stave started including the bisquits
with its 2 way puzzles?
I remember reading that it could be put together 64 ways;63 incorrect. Do you recall what the objective is
with this beautiful little puzzle?
Happiness through the holiday season

Hi Carol
I don't know if you remember me but you took all my
initial Stave orders back in 1997 when I became addicted. I'm really enjoying all the fanfare concerning
The Quest. Tedious comes up frequently when discussing this puzzle; even by its creator. For me this was not the case. It took me 7 years to find one then
3 months to put it together. It was worth the wait.
I suppose one persons cognac might be anothers hemlock.
warmest regards,
Ted
Hi Carol,
Yes, this is fun.... I am starting to get into this. It's amazing that we've gotten so many Stave Puzzlenuts so quickly. June is doing a terrific job getting this off the ground.
Ciao, Steve
Hi Carol, It was good to talk to you today. This is wild! I usually get sucked into keeping up with all the forums and questions........and checking out the photos.
Hi Carol, It has been a while since we last touched base. How is semi-mostly-retired life treating you? I trust well. Travelling much? Take care!! Riccardo
Hi Carol - Welcome aboard! We're excited about the Mystery Party this weekend. Steve cooking up some great games.
I like your photos. Hi to Hank!

Oops forgot to mention.....I'm a native Chicagoan and am enjoying looking at the puzzle you photographed. You from there? I was born at the University of Chicago Hospital, lived in Hyde Park, eventually got a masters from Northweswtern and lived in Evanston. At one point, I had an apartment very close to the Watertower. A friend of my mother's used to work at IMagnin...a store that was a cross the street from the Watertower for decades. The friend was an opera singer, who sang for the Civic Opera, but picked up extra change, and a wardrobe, working at that store! I think it's gone now.

Hi Carol! Welcome to StavePuzzleNuts.com. Happy to meet you. I think I became a Nut after you moved on from Stave. Thanks much for posting! Time Traveler is on my wish list and as soon as I have something special to celebrate, (I have something I'm working on and have been promised that when it's done, that's the reward). I don't need motivation to complete the writing project, but it certainly ads a special note to the anticipation! Any more photos to share? If you have 'em, feel free to upload 'em. Best wishes, June
